FthreeO (pronounced: "F-3-Oh") is the brainchild of Obie Ford III, PhD. in 2003, while also working on his doctoral degree in higher education, Obie developed FthreeO's concept: to be a talent agency with a social consciousness. opening this "different" agency was imminent given Obie's experiences as an activist, educator, model, and performing artist. after completing his doctorate in 2007, Obie founded FthreeO in 2008. the moniker, "FthreeO," symbolizes the three divisions within the agency's foundation. after signing its first talent in 2009, FthreeO continues to flourish.
